If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is:

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging, with tags still attached (if applicable).

Items that cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards or downloadable software

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Unless otherwise agreed:

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you
