1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this to track your package online.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship worldwide, but there may be restrictions on certain products or regions due to legal or customs limitations.

  • If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Z‑ARC is based in Germany, part of the European Union.

  • Orders within the EU are not subject to customs duties.

  • For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply depending on your local laws.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address,

  • Failure to collect from a local post office,

  • Customs refusal or unpaid duties,

We will notify you. Shipping fees are non-refundable and additional fees may apply to reship your order.


7. Shipping Issues or Damaged Items

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • For damaged goods, please provide photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
